Google it for a breeder of green cheeked conures in your state, then narrow it down. Do not buy from a pet store. You have no idea where the birds came from and whether or not they were rasied humanely. Find a reputable breeder who will let you tour their aviary.

well i don’t know where valley village is but I know of a place where they sell beautiful conures that are hand fed from birth..they are really trained and cooperate with people nicely. The place is located in Queens New York, on Steinway street..so if ur interested you can check it out there..

Go to a breeder, do a google on the bird species and see if one is near you. Pet shops are not as good a source as breeders.
